The Corwen War Memorial commemorates those from the area who were died in wartime. The memorial takes the form of an ornate gateway to the Memorial Park in Lon Las.
Corwen is a town standing on the banks of the River Dee and beneath the Berwyn Mountains, in the Edeirnion district of Denbighshire. Until 1974 the area was part of historic Merionethshire and between 1974 and 1996 part of the county of Clwyd.
