The Gresford War Memorial commemorates those men of the area who died during two world wars. The north porch of All Saints Parish Church was added in 1921 as a war memorial. It was designed by Sir Thomas Jackson in Portland stone.
Gresford is a village and community in the north of the county borough of Wrexham. Until 1974 the area was part of historic Denbighshire and, between 1974 and 1996, part of the county of Clwyd. In 1996 it became part of the county borough of Wrexham.
