The Holywell War Memorial commemorates those men of the area who died in the First and Second World Wars. The memorial tales the form ornate wrought iron gates at the Panton Place entrance to Fron Park. The names of those who died are listed on two tablets at either side of the gates.
Holywell (Welsh: Treffynnon) is a town overlooking the Dee Estuary in Flintshire. Between 1974 and 1996 it was in the county of Clwyd.
