Buckley
Bwcle
The Buckley War Memorial, at Hawkesbury, commemorates those Buckley men who fell in World War I and World War II. The memorial was unveiled on 9th September 1951. The World War I Memorial includes the names of 114 soldiers from Buckley who died in the First World War, however, the total number who died likely exceeded 150.
Buckley (Welsh: Bwcle) is a town and community in Flintshire. Between 1974 and 1996 it was in the county of Clwyd.
