St. George

Llan San Siôr

The St. George War Memorial commemorates those from the area who died in wartime. It takes the form of a marble tablet mounted on a stone pillar.

The village of St. George (Welsh: Llan San Siôr) is situated in the county borough of Conwy. It was previously known as Cegidog. Until 1974 the area was in historic Denbighshire and, between 1974 and 1996,  was part of the county of Clwyd.
